Description:

Candidates must have received a good general education and hold a full clean manual Irish Drivers Licence – Class D1. Candidates must have completed their CPC examinations/modules and must hold the CPC Qualification Card. This must be available at interview.

Experience

Candidates must have adequate training and driving experience to enable him/her to carry out satisfactorily the duties of the post and have experience of working with people with an intellectual disability.

Tenure

This position is permanent, full-time and pensionable.

Working Hours

78 hours per fortnight based on a 5 day week duty roster. However occasional weekend work may be required from time to time. The shifts may vary due to the changing needs of the people supported. The Brothers of Charity model of service is based on Personal Outcome Measures requiring employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each individual.
