Hr Generalist

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our talented HR Team. Based in our Kilkenny office with blended work from home, you will join a fast growing and ambitious Firm delivering excellent services to great clients.

Working within our HR Team while being closely aligned to our Senior Management Team you will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

  • Recruitment.
  • Employee relations.
  • General HR administration.
  • Reporting and analysing of HR related metrics across the business.
  • A third level qualification in a business-related discipline ideally in HR.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a HR role preferably within the professional services industry.
  • A high level of commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a range of software packages such as Microsoft Office.
  • We work with businesses in the farming, food, and agribusiness sector. We bring our foresight, commercial insight, and financial acumen to help our clients make great decisions and more profit. We help clients in the ag-tech and food-tech sectors to build business plans that work and access funding at all stages of their development.
