Account Manager

 

Description:

You'll be responsible for driving the entire sales and success cycle in the iGaming market, from initial engagement to maximising long-term results. Managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.

Specifically, your role will involve:

  • Cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in the gambling markets, including sports betting operators, casinos, online gaming platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship and serving as their trusted advisor. Understand clients' business objectives, market trends, and regulatory requirements specific to the markets to effectively position our gambling products and services.
  • Addressing operational challenges through effective communication with clients and internal teams ( sales, marketing, and product development teams). Relying on the team to customise solutions and address client needs.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases to key clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on gambling regulations, compliance standards, and responsible gaming practices specific to your markets to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on sales performance, market trends, revenue forecast and competitor activities within your markets to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within key accounts.
  • Developing and analysing data models to assess and forecast the economic performance of each account.
  • Negotiating new contracts and enhancing existing deals by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling additional products/services and expanding client accounts within your markets.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of lead generation and iGaming topics.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on company criteria and revenue potential within the territory.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and updates with clients.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows worldwide to network with key clients and stay informed about industry insights and developments.
