Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

 

    • Chase staff for travel and expense receipts
    • Post bank and credit card transactions in Zoho Books
    • Process supplier invoices and upload/check statements
    • Import and reconcile Pleo statements in Zoho Books
    • Organise and match receipts to the correct credit card/account
    • Support the finance team with general administration tasks as required
       
  • Requirements
     

     

     

     

     

     

      • ATI student or 1-3 years' experience in an accounting administration role
      • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
      • Well organised and comfortable working across multiple tabs/windows
      • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members across the company
      • Ability to manage and sort large volumes of receipts, emails, and transactions
