Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in accounts / accounts admin who is looking to build their career in a structured and collaborative environment. The position offers exposure to a broad range of finance activities including billing, accounts payable and general ledger support.

 

The Role

  • Managing and responding to a busy billing inbox and supporting the preparation and processing of client bills
  • Uploading invoices to eBilling portals and liaising with internal teams regarding billing queries
  • Reviewing and posting supplier invoices, expenses and financial transactions to the accounting system
  • Processing electronic fund transfer (EFT) payments and assisting with financial records maintenance
  • Preparing journals using Excel and supporting general ledger activities
  • Responding to vendor queries and assisting with finance-related requests across the business

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a finance- accounts / accounts admin / accounts support
  • A third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Strong Excel skills
