Accounts Role

Description:

This is a maternity leave cover contract. The main duties include the following:

• Managing the day to day finance function of the business.
• Maintain all account functions including Purchases Ledger, Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Vat and Nominal ledger on our Sage Accounts system.
• Accounts Payable.
• Accounts Receivable.
• Manage and operate company Payroll 30+ employees on weekly basis.
• Posting monthly journals.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Support File.
• Filing of Revenue Returns( VAT, VIES, Intrastat).
• Other duties are required.
