The Role:

Opportunity to join a long-established and thriving Professional Services Company based in Mullingar as a Receptionist/Administrator. This is a temporary, part-time position (2 to 3 days per week with flexible hours, full or half days).

This role is critical to the continued success of the Company.

Responsibilities 

  • Typing - Audio & text copy
  • Book-keeping, completion and filing of VAT Returns and operation of Payroll System.
  • Reception and Administration/Office Management duties
  • The maintenance and upkeep of a filing system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Managing all incoming telephone calls
  • Managing incoming & outgoing Post
  • Liaising with, meeting and greeting clients
  • Diary Management
  • 2 years + experience in a similar role
  • Is meticulous and have a strong attention to detail
  • Has an excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent MS Office skills
