Description:

This job creates and optimizes the efficiency and productivity of our company's workforce. You are responsible for analyzing staffing needs, monitoring scheduling, and forecasting demand to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources. This involves gathering and interpreting data related to employee performance, workload trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. You will collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and adjust staffing strategies accordingly.

Essential Responsibilities:
 

• Create schedules and optimize staffing strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Review trends such as arrival pattern, seasonality and business changes and make appropriate recommendations.
• Effectively partner and collaborate with other support areas to develop strategies to support the business objectives.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes that lead to operational effectiveness and a positive impact to the customer experience.
• Provide functional support and expertise to WFM analysts, WFM leadership & stakeholders to achieve department goals and objectives
• Create reports and dashboards and present findings to leadership in group settings
  
   

Expected Qualifications:
 

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
