Conducting analyses and providing reporting of the highest quality by using advanced analytical tools and techniques that create links between data sources and uncover trends, patterns, anomalies and gaps.

Delivering expert insights and reporting which evaluate and support all People-related initiatives including Talent & Leadership, Culture & Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, Strategic Workforce Management, New Ways of Working and all reporting relating to cost and organisational design.

Leading out on People Services' analytics agenda and future-proofing the organisation through the delivery of systemised and automated reporting and analytics solutions and a people data architecture that's fit for purpose.

In This Role, You Will
 

  • Develop a plan that enables the team's work to evolve and transform to drive even more data driven business decisions.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics projects from colleague engagement and requirements gathering through to development and implementation in BAU
  • Design, develop and deploy high impact dashboards and management information capabilities autonomously to provide insight on People Data
  • Conduct exploratory analysis and develop data solutions for senior management to support proactive decision making across the Group
  • Partner with senior managers and SME's in People Services and the broader organisation to support on programmes of work from a data driven perspective
  • Translate findings into consumable insights for colleagues with varying levels of data literacy
  • Become an SME on People Data!
  • Review data governance and quality dimensions with Business System Owners as needed
  • Engage with source system SMEs and Business to better understand the data & requirements where required
  • Problem solve, coach and motivate team members!

     

What Will Make You Stand Out
 

  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation, statistics and advanced analytics (predictive analysis etc.)
  • Project management skills with experience in agile methodology (use of kanban)
  • Stakeholder management - building strong, collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Risk management for the end-to-end survey lifecycle, with a focus on data risk management
  • Highly data literate with experience of sourcing, analysing and reporting by turning raw or reported data from multiple sources into meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of data sourcing and researching techniques to fill data gaps.
  • Strong data and insight visualisation skills for consumption at all levels of a business
  • Experience reporting on or presenting key findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communications skills including sharing insights and briefing/influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop of insight-based action planning and follow up measurement to access outcomes
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.
