This is a great opportunity for a qualified individual to lead out the support and maintenance of a suite of Digital Solutions for Customer Solutions within the Application Development area of Enterprise Services.The role will focus on the delivery and maintenance of several Digital Solutions (Approximately 10 -15 Products - On Prem & Cloud). You will be responsible for 2 teams with 11 resources including partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Resource Management: managing resourcing process, responsible for the developing and maintaining an overview of team resources and capacity
• Work Management: working with Product Owners to capture requirements, understand priority and co-ordination of the development team(s)
• Monitoring and reporting on the team's performance and key Indicators
• Stakeholder engagement: building relationships through regular engagement and communications with key stakeholders and customers
• Working with other ITD teams and wider business to ensure quality end to end service to our customers
• Information Management: responsible for knowledge and information management and sharing within the team
• Incident Management: resolving incidents promptly and collaborate with ITD delivery teams to resolve, follow-up on actions to avoid a re-occurrence of incident
• Plan releases and adhere to ITD Delivery change management process
• To provide status updates and monitor progress of development work against time and budget
• Responsible for facilitating the development team, obtaining resources for it and protecting it from outside interruptions and distractions
• Providing services to other projects in ITD
• Transition of new Digital Solutions into the team
