Associate Director Of Evidence Generation

PE Global are recruiting for an Associate Director of Evidence Generation for our pharmaceutical client based in Dublin CC. This is an initial 6-month contract role. Hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans

• Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publications

• Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretation

• Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groups

• Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies

• Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation

• Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams

Educations & Experience

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
• • 5+ years experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
• • Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies
• • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences
• • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environments
• • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
