Automation Analyst

Description:

This role suits an experienced Automation Analyst to spearhead a suite of automation initiatives in a Tier 1 bank. This leadership role drives efficiency through development and deployment using Python, SQL, Oracle, UiPath, Alteryx, and PEGA, requiring deep investment banking domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of process automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain automations using Python/SQL scripting, UiPath RPA, Alteryx analytics, PEGA workflows, and Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with GCIB stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, map processes, and measure ROI.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance in a high-stakes banking environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

- Proven automation development with Python, SQL, Oracle

- Expertise in UiPath, Alteryx, PEGA platforms

- Process mapping and workflow design

Analytical

Strong problem-solving; ability to analyze complex business processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation/process improvement, with 2+ years in banking/finance.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• UiPath/Alteryx/PEGA certifications preferred.
