This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline generation, improving performance metrics, and developing a team of ambitious Business Development Representatives.

You will play a critical part in shaping the company’s revenue engine during an exciting growth phase.

 

The Role

As BDR Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed meeting and pipeline targets
  • Build and refine outbound strategy across key verticals and ICPs
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs, conversion metrics, and structured coaching
  • Implement best-in-class outbound processes, playbooks, and cadences
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimise pipeline quality
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new BDRs
  • Track and improve key metrics including activity levels, meeting conversion, show rates, SQL quality, and pipeline contribution

 

This is a hands-on role; you’ll lead from the front and help shape messaging, objection handling, and outbound excellence.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of sales experience, with a strong outbound background
  • 1–3+ years managing or mentoring BDR/SDR teams
  • Proven track record of improving team performance and pipeline generation
  • Strong coaching ability — comfortable running call reviews and performance 1:1s
  • Deep understanding of outbound metrics and funnel conversion
  • Experience hiring and developing early-career sales talent
  • High energy, high standards, and strong leadership presence
