BIM Coordinator required for a leading contractor in Dublin.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will provide technical expertise to implement and manage the BIM process from Pre-contract to project delivery. This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful, growing, company.

• 2D and 3D Exports from Revit to PDF/DWG/NWC/NWD
• Reporting as required to BIM lead and BIM manager
• Advise members of the team of significant clashes, information issues associated with the BIM aspect of the works.
• Author and produce M&E BIM Models leveraging standard BIM Authoring tools with daily model management, administration and maintenance.
• Knowledge and working experiences of 3d Modelling.
• Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Revit Architecture
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong team building skills
