As Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and executing marketing initiatives across our brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will ensure marketing plans are effectively implemented and aligned with commercial goals, delivering measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer marketing plans across all brands in line with strategic objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and positive ROI.
- Execute trade and consumer marketing/digital campaigns, managing performance and results.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including PR, media, creative, and digital agencies.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and communications to boost brand visibility.
- Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, market analysis, and social media plans, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain customer databases, compile market analyses, and manage digital content.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing consumer healthcare brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Background in distribution, FMCG, or pharma is advantageous.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially astute with a focus on aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard analysis; experience with online learning platforms is a plus.
