Broker Consultant

Description:

Primarily face to face based and working with our broker partners you will be delivering New Ireland's growth ambitions in the life and pensions market, working to pre-defined targets through a Broker panel. Assist Brokers in the development of their business and establish and maintain effective internal relationships!

In this role, you will:

• Ensure pre-set targets are achieved for the brokers on your panel and manage and develop the business relationships
• Continually ensure that brokers are educated to understand the range of products and operating practices
• Ensure a high quality of service is delivered to brokers and assist brokers in the development and growth of their business
• Establish and maintain excellent internal working relations with staff
• Commit to self-develop on a continuous basis in line with the evolving demands of the market
