Building Services Engineer

Our client is an award winning Property Developer, due to recent growth they are hiring a Building Services Engineer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating M&E systems and assist with onsite problem solving.
• Overlook M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring programme and quality expectations are met.
• Liaise with public utility providers and act as a point of contact.
• Management and monitoring of the installation quality for M&E systems on residential projects.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• Full clean drivers license.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within construction or property sectors.
