Description:

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Customer Delivery within the Customer and Brand team. Working as part of a diverse team of subject matter experts, the role holder will manage the development of actionable insights from our customer MI that will support the business in our ambitions to build better futures.
The purpose of this role is the analysis of management information in a fashion that is prompt, visual, relevant, and actionable. The role will suit someone who has experience in using MI platforms to analyse large volumes of data to supply actionable insights to our business leaders.

Key Accountabilities

  • In partnership with the Connected Data team, develop and sustain a MI system that reports periodically agreed customer metrics including average product holdings (APH) and customer lifetime value (CLV) for Irish Life’s Insurance Division
  • Using available data and identifying and sourcing data enhancements, provide insights into opportunities for the business to consider prioritising
  • Support business unit ‘use cases’ with (financial and behavioural) data analytics that show the potential impact on the Insurance Division of initiatives (and complete a post initiative review on same)
  • Implement continuous improvement by providing proactive input into the identification of new MI practices and metrics that support the Division’s ambitions.
  • Champion the communication and use of APH/CLV and associated metrics across the Insurance Division’s 3 business units
  • Any other duties as assigned by your manager
