We’re seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Integration Manager to accelerate our clients growth across Ireland and the UK for a fast-growing provider of smart managed solutions that combine consultancy, project management, and digital asset technologies.
This role blends strategic sales with delivery oversight — from identifying new clients and negotiating contracts to ensuring seamless implementation of integrated services within client operations.
What You’ll Do
1️⃣ Drive Growth
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the pharma, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client challenges and highlight ROI-driven solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, turning leads into strategic partnerships.
- Work with marketing on lead generation campaigns and industry engagement.
2️⃣ Deliver Integration Excellence
- Act as the link between client and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and solution rollout.
- Create clear integration roadmaps covering scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure milestones are met and client expectations exceeded.
3️⃣ Champion Client Success
- Serve as a trusted partner throughout the engagement lifecycle — from initial scoping to completion and beyond.
- Capture client feedback to inform service improvements and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in client delivery.
4️⃣ Track and Report Performance
- Monitor KPIs across sales, integration, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify learnings and best practices.
- Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to senior management.
5️⃣ Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between business goals and project execution.
- Contribute insights to strategic planning and process enhancement initiatives.
- Help shape the evolution of internal CRM and project tools to boost efficiency.
6️⃣ Represent the Brand
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade forums across Ireland and the UK.
- Act as a confident ambassador for the company, promoting its innovation, reliability, and client focus.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, project management, or solution delivery.
- Background in pharmaceutical, logistics, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of integrated technology or service solutions.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.
