  • Be a key team member of the sales team, driving new business in the UK and Ireland

  • Work tightly with your team and Account Executive to come up with a winning strategy for your territory

  • Find and connect with prospects and companies who would be a good fit for Zendesk’s products

  • Use innovative prospecting methods to catch the attention of people who may not know what we do or why they should speak with us

  • Use A/B testing and a data driven approach to review what is working for you and what you need to change to get better results

  • Be proactive, ask for help, ask lots of questions and share what you are learning with your team

  • Coach and mentor newer members to the team once you are overperforming

  • Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics.

  • Be the face of the brand, 100% focussed on building an outstanding customer experience.

  • Proficiency in English is required

  • Passion to kick-start or continue a career in consultative sales

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales related environment

  • Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), curious and customer-centric.

  • A “Can Do” / “Winning” attitude, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable
