Team Intro
We Lead, Support, Drive & Deliver on our customers’ digital transformation journey, from discovery and planning to deploy and run. Our multi-cultural team consists of 22 member who are multi-skill across out Analytics Portfolio. Within the team there is a strong culture of sharing and helping – we succeed or fail together as a team.
What you'll do
As Global CoE organization we focus on SAPs top customers under the umbrella of Premium Engagement contracts (like Select, MaxAttention, Active Attention, Value Assurance, …). The key objective is to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases. We are achieving this through a pro-active and holistic engagement approach specific for premium delivery.

The engagement approach makes sure that we address the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential, plan the solution design & transformation, provide advisory and safeguard the execution + operation. By doing so, we increase the customer lifetime value, improve the customer satisfaction, foster the successful adoption of SAP Solutions, and protect the SAP Brand.
What you bring

  • Have strong expertise with Business Objects (BOBJ) or BPC, BW-IP, CDS Views in the context of Analytics
  • BOBJ – Lumira, WEBI, Objects Universes, CMC, BI Launchpad, Analysis for Office
  • BPC – SAC Hybrid Planning/integration
  • SAC Planning and DWC is good to have.
  • ABAP Debugging skills.
  • Understanding of Financial Planning processes.
  • Understand the SAP Analytics roadmap, options and capabilities.
  • Understand the SAP Value Assurance packages for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Coordination and planning in operational projects; (front-office team lead and (remote) back-office)
  • Adapt standard service products to customers’ individual needs
  • Maintain technical and functional expertise to compliment customer requirements.
  • Develops and executes service and de-escalation plans for critical customers
  • Leads de-escalation activities onsite at critical customers.
  • Ability to drive Workshops with customer FP&A Business teams.
  • Identifies top issues of engagements at critical customers.
  • Should have excellent trouble shooting expertise and would comfortably execute performance optimisation analysis.
  • Should be comfortable reviewing Business Blueprints and provide constructive suggestions in the SAP Planning topics
  • Should be able to develop proofs-of-concepts and prototypes.
  • Should have solid understanding on SAP’s Cloud tools in Planning area.
  • Should have excellent customer handling skills – Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal
