Description:

We are looking for a/an Buyer to join our FE_WIBU team in Ireland .We're seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our Wexford team and drive our growth. You'll play a crucial role in supporting site manufacturing operations and achieving strategic objectives by leveraging your strong purchasing expertise, commercial acumen, and deep SAP knowledge.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for ensuring all purchasing data entered to company systems is accurate and current to enable accurate reporting and KPI management
• Ordering and expediting as required
• Master Data creation and maintenance
• Implementing purchase and inventory strategies for components and execute exception messages generated by ERP (SAP)
• Ensures all purchases are executed in line with the Global & local procurement policies
• Report out monthly on dashboard of own portfolio
• Lead Quarterly business reviews with own key suppliers
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the company
   

To succeed in this role, you will need:
 

• Highly motivated and ambitious
• 5+ years of experience in a similar procurement role
• Advanced SAP expertise
• Relevant Procurement qualifications and/or experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• IT literate
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organisation.
