At Archer, we are growing our Business Development team! In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new client accounts, along with growing existing accounts from initial prospecting to close, and managing accounts. You will have exposure to the full sales cycle.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect potential clients across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors
• Book and lead meetings with key decision-makers, pitching and selling Archer’s specialised IT recruitment services
• Negotiate and close terms of business and deals, directly contributing to Archer’s growth and your own success
• Manage and grow your accounts, acting as a key account manager and building long-lasting client relationships
