You will play a central role in driving engagement, readiness, and adoption across multiple business units, where you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure change is delivered effectively and embedded successfully.

What you’ll be working on

• End-to-end change management for enterprise transformation initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and operational teams
• Development and execution of change impact assessments and readiness plans
• Communication planning and delivery across multiple business functions
• Training strategy design and coordination to support system and process rollout
• Supporting the adoption of new digital platforms and operational processes
• Working within regulated pharma environments, ensuring compliance and governance alignment

Key Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in a Change Manager or Change Lead role
• Strong experience delivering change in large-scale transformation programmes
• Background in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred
