Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, driving growth, innovation and profitability.
- Drive fundraising initiatives, including preparing investment materials, engaging with potential investors, and negotiating deal terms.
- Secure investments and foster strategic partnerships, building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business plans.
- Provide guidance on potential IPO readiness, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful public offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, implementing financial controls and risk management strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Represent the company in external engagements, including industry conferences, media interviews, and regulatory interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a CEO, CFO or similar level within the high growth technology sector.
- Proven track record in successful fundraising initiatives is essential
- Prior experience in leading IPO processes is desirable
- Strategic mindset and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders
