Key Responsibilities
 

• Assisting clients with their travel arrangements.
• Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in.
• Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
• Making changes, requesting refunds.
• Dealing with airlines.
• Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Chinese community.
