Claims Handler

Description:

Oliver James is currently working with one of Ireland's biggest Insurance companies that is looking for both Motor & Property Claims Handlers to join their growing Claims Teams.

This is a new opportunity to join one of Ireland's premier Insurers offering excellent career progression and exposure within the Insurance industry.

The key duties of this role include:

• Handling all claims from notification through to closure within agreed authority limits and service standards, in order to obtain optimum settlement for the company and customer
• Handling all incoming telephone and written communication from customers / policyholders, their representatives and all other interested parties in a pro-active manner and within SLA's
• Provide first class customer service to ensure client and customer satisfaction
• Investigate any potentially fraudulent cases and liaise with the relevant stakeholders

The ideal candidate:

• APA or CIP qualified (Desirable)
• Previous Claims Handling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
