You'll manage claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering excellent customer outcomes while ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing motor or property claims throughout the full claims lifecycle
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims journey
  • Reviewing documentation and policy coverage
  • Assessing liability and making informed claims decisions
  • Setting and managing reserves within authority levels
  • Identifying potential fraud indicators and escalating where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records and claims documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

About You

We're keen to speak with claims professionals who have:

  • Approximately 18 months to 3+ years' claims experience
  • Experience within motor claims, property claims, or a similar insurance claims environment
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Good judgement and decision-making ability
  • Ambition to develop their career within a growing organisation
