Client Advisor

Description:

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join the Household team within our ESB Scheme Personal Lines Division. Reporting to the Household Team Lead this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing ESB scheme household insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years personal insurance experience with practical knowledge in Applied Relay.

Accountabilities Of The Role
 

• Handling incoming customer calls and emails.
• Processing client renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Out bounding to customers to secure renewal.
• Generates policy leads from existing customers.
• Assisting with other team tasks as required.
• Complying with risk control and regulatory requirements that are relevant to this role
• Maintaining commercial awareness relevant to this role
   

Skills Knowledge Required
 

• Two years personal lines experience
• APA Insurance Qualification
• Applied Relay knowledge
• Ability to learn and adapt to organisational challenges.
• Approachable and a can-do attitude
• Demonstrate empathy, understanding and patience.
• Good organisational, planning and execution skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn.
