You will manage a diverse range of commercial accounts, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive clear guidance, competitive coverage, and responsive service. Responsibilities:

  • Be primary contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, overseeing policy updates, renewals, and new quotations.
  • Work with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage that meets client needs.
  • Provide compliant advice and guidance on commercial insurance solutions.
  • Support clients through the claims process, keeping them informed and supported.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and offer additional solutions to clients.

 

Profile:

  • 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking.
  • CIP-qualified or APA in Commercial Insurance
  • Knowledgeable in commercial insurance products and market trends.
  • Broker experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and approachable with clients.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
