Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our client Pest Control sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a regional sales team, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage a regional sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives. Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team and monitor progress regularly.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the pest control industry.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and sales performance to ensure alignment with budgetary targets and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

 

Experience/Requirements:

 

 

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in service supply sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Driver’s License.
