Description:
The successful candidate will work within the Community Engagement Team providing direct support to a global community of homeworkers. Your role will involve working to keep our community members engaged and motivated at all times. This is a fast-paced role, which requires great attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing day to day support to an online global community of individuals
- Responding in a timely and professional manner to a high volume of inbound email queries/incidents daily
- Carrying out of periodic phone calls to our community members
- Updating and tracking of data/information and compiling of weekly reports, where a methodical approach to routine tasks is required
- Compilation of periodic surveys and analysis of results
- Working on new initiatives to improve and enhance existing global communications
- Participating in weekly interactive webinar sessions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure that deadlines and targets are always achieved

Candidates Must Have
- Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
Requirements
- Experience working in an administration background is essential
- Proficiency in Excel is required for this role
- Experience and familiarity using the internet and email
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work is required for this role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 3rd level qualification or equivalent qualification in a Business Discipline
- 2-3 years administration experience working in a global/multinational background is an advantage
