Complaints Handler

 

Description:

We are currently seeking a French-speaking Complaints Management professional to support a growing regulatory function within a leading financial services organisation. The role is fully remote, and will require candidates to be based in the Republic of Ireland. This is a contract position.

 

This position is suited to individuals with strong regulatory expertise and a background in operational compliance, particularly within banking environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to complaints in accordance with French regulatory and legal frameworks
  • Interpret and apply relevant consumer protection laws, GDPR provisions, and financial services regulations
  • Work closely with internal legal teams and, where necessary, liaise with external regulatory bodies
  • Maintain structured, accurate documentation and case records in line with regulatory expectations
  • Ensure the efficient use of CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred); experience with Cebelian advantageous
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal procedures and the continuous improvement of complaints handling processes

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Significant experience in complaints handling within a banking or financial services setting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Confident working across legal, compliance, and operational teams
