• Assess client applications for KYC requirements
• Contact customers for missing information
• Use external trusted sources to verify information
• Provide MI and reports
• Engage with different departments to ensure smooth handovers and straight through processing
• Liaise with internal and external teams to manage cases through to completion
• Provide customer support for all onboarding activities
• Must have good understanding and experience of KYC regulations
• Good stakeholder management
• QFA
• Experience in commercial customer onboarding
