Main responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Compliance, maintaining and growing compliance frameworks infrastructure, shaping the company's compliance and risk assessment.
• Proactively identify emerging legislation, ensuring business wide appropriate regulatory conduct.
• Develop relationships with regulators.
• Proactively drive Compliance culture across the business.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, both independently and advising.

Ideally, you will have the following experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance with financial services.
• Strong, proactive business acumen.
• Excellent project management and policy management.
• Excel in a dynamic, challenging environment.
• EU/ UK national.
