Compliance Officer

A large fintech are looking for a compliance officer to join their growing team. This role has a remote first working model and so the person can be based anywhere in Ireland. The culture is fast paced and would suit someone looking for a broad regulatory compliance role.

Main responsibilities of the compliance officer:

• Provide compliance training to employees
• Advise the business on compliance matters
• Maintain breaches logs
• Deliver the compliance plan
• Update and develop the compliance monitoring programme
• Maintain and improve policies and procedures
• Promote a compliance culture
• Assist with horizon scanning
• Support the business with the implementation of new regulation

As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience in a regulatory compliance role within financial services. The LCOI qualification would be beneficial but not essential. You will have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
