Join a leading infrastructure contractor on the delivery of the Park West Business Park Phase 2 expansion. We’re seeking a proactive Quality Administrator/Coordinator to support project teams in maintaining the highest quality standards across civil works, structural frames, façades, and internal fit-out. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

As the Park West Phase 2 scheme ramps up, we need a dedicated quality professional to manage documentation, coordinate inspections, and drive defect resolution. This position offers exposure to a major mixed-use development in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control quality management documentation, including quality plans, checklists, and procedures
  • Coordinate hold-point inspections for critical trades (earthworks, drainage, concrete, M&E, façade, fit-out)
  • Track, report, and ensure closure of non-conformances and snag lists
  • Assist site teams in verifying works against approved drawings and specifications
  • Prepare weekly quality reports and data packs for the project management team
  • Support internal and client quality audits

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ Irish experience in construction quality administration or coordination
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and document-control abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality tracking software
  • Construction background within civil or building projects
