Introduction:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a market leading medical devices manufacturer specialising in Diabetes

You will be responsible for:

• Developing, designing and evaluating controls and vision aspects of equipment and processes
• Managing controls and vison aspects of projects
• Assisting with quality non-conformance, customer complaints and CAPA investigations
• liaising with R&D, external equipment manufacturers and suppliers
• Driving process improvements through the identification of problems
• Adherence to current health, safety and environmental best practice.

You will bring:

• Knowledge pf Cognex InSight vision systems and Allen Bradley Studio5000 PLC programs-Essential
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Experience applying six sigma or equivalent.
• High speed automation experience, equipment validation and documentation
