Creative Lead

Way Out West is looking for a Creative Lead to own the creative direction behind some of Ireland's & UK's fastest growing consumer brands.

This isn't a traditional Creative Director role..

We're looking for someone obsessed with social-first creative - someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, understands why social content works, and can turn trends into campaigns that actually drive results.

You'll work with brands across food & drink, retail and dtc products, leading concepts from initial idea through to production and final delivery.

What you'll own

• Lead creative direction across all client shoots.
• Develop campaign concepts, hooks and scripts.
• Research trends, creators and competitor campaigns.
• Build moodboards, shot lists and production plans.
• Direct talent and creative on set.
• Work closely with our videographers and editors.
• Review edits and maintain a consistently high creative standard.
• Present ideas internally and occasionally to clients.

What we're looking for 🌵

• 4+ years creating social first content.
• Previous agency or high-growth brand experience.
• Experience directing shoots.
• Excellent copywriting and concept development.
• Great eye for photography, video and storytelling.
• Comfortable giving creative feedback.
