We want to grow the career of someone who can create multichannel solutions capable of telling a story both in digital and traditional formats. This role requires a creative design thinker with the ability to deliver visually and editorially compelling assets for a high-level audience both internal and external to the business.

• Developing creative direction.
• Developing concepts: From briefing to delivery, the specialist will come up with a general concept presenting the idea with a rough layout that might include sketches or digital illustrations. Once the pitch is successful, the designer will bring the idea to life.
• Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
• Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in.
• Using graphic design and other relevant software.
• Digital marketing with a social media focus.
• Advising on best practices and providing solutions when the business requires it.
• Must have proficient relevant industry experience.
• Experience in White paper creation, Social media posts, Brochures, Imagery selection.
• BA in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite particularly InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Interested in developing their career.
• Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Creativity: The ability to create original work which details a complicated message simply.
• Flexibility: willingness to balance both long-term assignments and expedited requests.
• Strategic thinking: You will need to know how to design persuasively, connecting to Prudential’s brand and mission on relevant topics.
• Social Perceptiveness: The successful candidate needs to have their finger on the pulse, so the marketing content is relevant and modern across various audiences.
• Detail-orientated.
• Self-starter mindset.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines.
