We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a growing HR function at Alexion AstraZeneca. In this unique new role, You will provide HR guidance and support to Leaders & Managers across our AztraZeneca Ireland Commercial business in addition to supportingAstraZeneca Alexion Manufacturing operations in Dublin. You will be part of a wider Human Resources organization that is committed to making Alexion AstraZeneca a great company to work for through developing an employee experience that maximizes individual and team potential.

• Support business leaders assigned in client group to deliver their people strategy by ensuring that they are structured and resourced correctly including a strong focus on building a diverse Leadership Pipeline.
• Craft and implement Talent Management and People Development plans, and Performance Management practices.
• Lead Culture and employee engagement initiatives & interventions creating a great place to work.
• Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Total Rewards colleagues to address business needs and ensure full alignment with global Human Resources initiatives and goals.
• Coach Leaders and People Managers on both business and organisation-related challenges, acting as an Advisor to the Snr Leaders.
• Resolves local employee relations issues; identifies trends, opportunities and ongoing employee concerns and engagement issues and resolves underlying issues.
• Champion the Organisation as a Great place to work, listening to Employees and driving a positive employee experience
• Delivery of HR projects, both local and global, supporting harmonization iniatives.
• 8 years of experience as an HR business partner ideally within global pharmaceutical and/or commercial/manufacturing in matrix organizations.
• Experience in supporting multiple functions.
• Experience of supporting business change, integration and harmonization.
• Strong project management skills; able to demonstrate experience of managing HR projects through a complete life cycle
• Strong listening, influencing, and coaching skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , business administration, organizational development, or a related degree required.
