Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative within our UDD Customer Services Department. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this person will work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.

The role encompasses delivering an excellent standard of Customer Service and being a part of a team that is Customer Focused, Quality Driven, Collaborative, Ambitious, Innovative and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Order processing, tracking and review for our customers.
  • Always ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Appropriately deal with queries from Customers, Account Managers, Principals and internal Customers. Log all queries and complaints in the relevant query management systems and follow up as necessary.
  • Foster excellent relations with all Customers and promote a professional image of United Drug.
  • Adhere to all Business Unit processes, procedures, SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Work within product guidelines and restrictions.
  • Contribute to on-going maintenance of Customer and Product databases.
  • Be responsible for reports/KPIs and internal/external communications as instructed.
  • Attend all training sessions as required.
  • Cross Train in other business units as required.
  • Operate to the highest possible standards during all transactions/engagements both internal and external.
  • Business administration as necessary within each business unit

  • Proven experience in challenging situations using appropriate problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Excellent organization skills with self-motivation.
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
