Description:
Customer Service Representative within our UDD Customer Services Department. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this person will work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
The role encompasses delivering an excellent standard of Customer Service and being a part of a team that is Customer Focused, Quality Driven, Collaborative, Ambitious, Innovative and inclusive.
Key Responsibilities
- Order processing, tracking and review for our customers.
- Always ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Appropriately deal with queries from Customers, Account Managers, Principals and internal Customers. Log all queries and complaints in the relevant query management systems and follow up as necessary.
- Foster excellent relations with all Customers and promote a professional image of United Drug.
- Adhere to all Business Unit processes, procedures, SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Work within product guidelines and restrictions.
- Contribute to on-going maintenance of Customer and Product databases.
- Be responsible for reports/KPIs and internal/external communications as instructed.
- Attend all training sessions as required.
- Cross Train in other business units as required.
- Operate to the highest possible standards during all transactions/engagements both internal and external.
- Business administration as necessary within each business unit
