Description:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing guidance, support, and solutions tailored to client needs.
Understand client goals and business challenges to recommend strategies and services that drive value.
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client engagement.
Monitor customer usage, performance metrics, and feedback to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing client insights, outcomes, and recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client relations is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive, customer-centric mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
