They are looking for a skilled Customer Support Agent to join their team to help provide the best-in-class service to their clients and solve the needs of a wide range of users.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Communicate with suppliers for the smooth processing of customer orders.
  • Efficiently process customer orders over the phone.
  • Collaborate with the team for a seamless customer experience.
  • Review performance metrics with your manager to identify strengths and areas for development.

 

 

 

Skills/Experience Needed:

 

  • 1-2 years in customer support.
  • Willingness to learn about energy and broadband.
  • Adapts well to KPI-monitored environments, maintaining high service standards. Embraces feedback for continuous improvement, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
