You'll be the face of our business, interacting with customers and collecting quick, valuable feedback through short in-store surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Approach customers in-store in a polite and professional manner
• Conduct a short customer feedback survey (training provided)
• Record responses accurately.
• Ensure all interactions represent the company positively
• Work closely with the local store team and report insights back to management
