The ideal candidate must have excellent MS Excel capability with a strong aptitude for recording and tracking sales figures on spreadsheets and automating the processes.

• Task automation using macros and VBA.
• Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.
• Building formulas.
• Cell formatting.
• Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.
• Task automation.
• Manipulate date, time, text, and arrays.
• Building charts and graphs.
• Managing other administration and spreadsheets on behalf of directors will also form part of the role. Liaising with customers re updates on accounts and risk survey requirements will also be necessary.
• Degree in business, accounting, marketing or finance
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, database) and CRM software
• Problem-solving and analysis skills
• High level of organization and detail-orientation
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Projection and forecasting experience
