Data Engineering Lead

Looking for a leadership role where you can define and own the data engineering vision from the ground up? This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created leadership position at a fast-growing, well-funded start-up and build the data strategy from scratch.

You’ll lead a collaborative, international team (currently based in Barcelona and Ireland) as you guide the move from legacy relational databases to a modern cloud-native platform, Snowflake and AWS. Your work will have a direct impact on system performance, scalability, and the company’s ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

In this high-ownership role, you’ll drive the team’s direction, shape the data platform, and influence product evolution. With a fully remote setup and a flat hierarchy, you’ll work closely with product, AI engineers, and execs to build a next-gen productivity platform backed by equity that grows as you do.
