Data Specialist & Junior Environmental Consultant

The Role –Greenstreets is seeking a Data Specialist – Junior Environmental Consultant to join our team in Ireland. This position offers a hybrid working model, based in Dublin, and will involve the management of client data and specific projects aimed at ensuring our clients' legal compliance with environmental regulations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, gaining a thorough understanding of data acquisition and data management best practices within Ireland and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, with a very good working knowledge of Office 365 applications (particularly Excel and Word). We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional, with excellent attention to detail, who is passionate about environmental sustainability and has a proven capability to effectively assist clients in meeting their environmental and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the client master data request (and amendment) accurately and efficiently.
• Providing an in-depth consultation service to a selected client base.
• Providing support to senior staff members to achieve the following:
• Client-specific data request reports
• Data Analysis and feedback on data accuracy
• Feedback on Data Accuracy
• Taking responsibility for clients as designated by the Consultant Manager for client data requests and incoming client queries, from initial contact to closure.

Key Skills & Competencies

• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within an office environment is required
• A (level 8) degree in an environmental-related discipline or equivalent is highly desirable
• Knowledge of EPR compliance and regulatory requirements would be a distinct advantage
• Intermediate to Advanced – Office 365 training (incl. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Focused attention to detail
• Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excels at customer service and client services
• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving skills
• Works well independently and within a team
