Delivery Driver/warehouse Operative

Description:

Due to continuing growth we are recruiting a dynamic driver / warehouse operator for Food Prep our distribution business in Doughcloyne Industrial Estate Sarsfield's Road, Wilton.

Dinos is a highly successful, family run traditional ‘Fish and Chip shop’ business in Cork and are currently searching for a warehouse operator to join our team with an immediate start.

The successful candidates will need to fit and energetic, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. This is a hands on manual warehouse role.

Candidates will need to over 25 years of age for insurance requirements and have a Full Clean valid driver licence as there will be an aspect of driving involved in the role.

Our daily shift starts at 8:00 am & there is a requirement to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities in our company would include but is not limited to the following:

• Preparing and packing our famous chips.
• Taking delivery of goods and supplies.
• Checking for damaged or missing items.
• Storing goods.
• Moving stock around by hand, using lifting gear .
• Picking and packing orders.
• Loading goods for dispatch (some jobs include delivering).
• Keeping records of stock.
• Keeping Records up to date.
• Cleaning work areas.
• Driving and delivering (as per roster).
• Ability to work quickly.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
