EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Within the Center of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better. As technical expert in COE you will make our customers business run better as they adopt the HANA platform:

You will be expected to execute the following tasks:
Planning and Supporting SAP release Upgrades and OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions and S/4HANA System Conversions in customer’s SAP environments
Provide Downtime Optimization options for customer moving to S4NANA
Troubleshooting Upgrade migration issues during weekend cycles such as cutover and/or dress rehearsal etc.
Analysing critical issues that may occur on BASIS and HANA that cause production-down or go-live endangered situations.
Supporting Proof of Concepts (POC) for HANA projects
Deliver Upgrade / Unicode conversion / HANA Migration Planning workshops to advise customers both technically and strategically.
Providing face to face support for customers projects via services and projects (Front Office)
Providing remote support to customers and Front Office colleagues during services and escalations (Backoffice)
Support delivery of DBS MaxAttention services as BASIS team member (onsite or remote). This will require rotations to other regions such as UK, Canada, US, EMEA and Latin America.
Supporting weekend requests from customer to support their Upgrade and Migration projects.
Providing BASIS support for HANA and S/4HANA projects.
Should have desire to learn and to share knowledge amongst team.
Ability to handle high pressure situations; manage one’s own time; manage customer expectations.
